• These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan) • Parties agree to first resolve disputes through good faith negotiation • If negotiation fails, parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Taipei District Court • Arbitration is available as an alternative dispute resolution mechanism (requires written consent from both parties)
